A variation on Governors' A safari with a 2-night stay at the unique Elephant Watch Camp instead of Loldai House. On day 2 you will take the morning flight to Samburu and on day 4 from Samburu to Masai Mara. Elephant Watch Camp is owned by eminent elephant researchers, Oria and Iain Douglas Hamilton, and is dedicated to the elephants of Samburu. It provides you the best chance in Africa to learn in detail about the real dynamics of an elephant family. Not to be missed!

Day 1 Nairobi
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, met and assisted by our representative. Transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is spent at leisure in Nairobi. Overnight at The Norfolk Hotel ( BB )

Day 2 Samburu & Buffalo Springs National Reserves
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for morning scheduled flight to the Samburu National Reserve. Rugged and remote, this wildlife reserve provides some the best and most colourful game viewing in the country. Met on arrival and transferred to your camp. Afternoon shared game drives conducted by the camp. Meals and overnight at Joys Camp ( LDBB)

Day 3 Samburu & Buffalo Springs National Reserves
All day spent in the Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives.

Day 4 Masai Mara National G.R
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for morning scheduled flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve, offering a wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super –abundance as existed a century ago. It is undoubtedly the best known of all the Kenya Game Reserves. The Masai Mara lies along the south west border with Tanzania. It is also the northern extension of Tanzania’s famous Serengeti National Park. The animals wonder freely (no immigration stamps required) across man –made boundaries. Met on arrival and transferred to your luxury camp. Afternoon shared game drives. Day 5 Masai Mara National Game Reserve
Whole day in Mara with morning and afternoon shared game drives conducted by the camp.

Day 6 Masai Mara National Game Reserve
Whole day in Mara with morning and afternoon shared game drives conducted by the camp.

Day 7 Departure
After final game drive and breakfast, take a mid-morning flight to Nairobi. Met on arrival Wilson Airport and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your homeward bound flight. You may book an optional day room before your flight back home or extend your stay with a beach holiday.
